MSC Cruises’ newest flagship, MSC World America, will offer 19 different cabin types, ranging from the super luxurious to flexible accommodation options for families and larger groups.
Its exclusive “ship-within-a-ship” concept, MSC Yacht Club, will feature two ultra-spacious multi-room Owner’s Suites with a double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom complete with full-size imperial bathtub which connects to a separate living-dining area, along with a large private terrace with a whirlpool bath and al fresco dining area.
The Duplex Suites provide ample space, spanning two decks with the lower deck offering a dining area, lounge and guest washroom while the upstairs comes complete with a main bedroom and its own bathroom and bathtub. The suites also offer plenty of outdoor space for lounging and sunbathing with some suites even featuring a two-level private sundeck and a private whirlpool.

The cruise line described the newcomer, set to launch at a ceremony in Miami on 9 April 2025, as an “important evolution” for its World Class prototype.
With reimagined venues and concepts, MSC World America will be the first in the MSC fleet to feature seven on board districts, each with its own facilities and experiences to enhance the onboard experience.
“We’ve invested a lot into tailoring MSC World America to deliver a truly memorable cruise experience, with new restaurants, bars, experiences, and spaces. With the only Eataly restaurant at sea, a brand-new Greek restaurant Paxos, and MSC Cruises’ first comedy club The Loft, there’s really a space and experience for every guest,” SVP Shipboard Hospitality Operations Bernhard Stacher said.
Meanwhile, Head of Guest Experience Innovation William Monts de Oca Rivera identified one of the new ship’s biggest innovations as “The Harbour” – a family-focused outdoor venue which will be home to Cliffhanger – a state-of-the-art swing attraction 50m above the ocean.
Meanwhile, MSC Cruises has provided a sneak peek into the construction of the vessel with less than five months until it sets sail.
Construction is underway at Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France where the installation of the interiors, public spaces and facilities is currently taking place.
